What you will do:
- Collaborate with different clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their SEA strategies
- Work closely with our paid social experts to develop comprehensive media plans, that integrate search, display, and social advertising
- Ensure that analytics, tracking, and reporting are seamlessly incorporated to measure and optimize performance
- Implement and manage digital web tracking
- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to deliver actionable insights
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within agencies (for intermediate roles)
- Proven expertise in search engine advertising (SEA), including campaign setup, management, and optimization
- Strong skills in tracking and analytics is essential, with proven experience in tools like Google Tag Manager and Adverity
- Experience with data visualization (Looker Studio, PowerBI or Tableau)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with digital tracking and data analytics is a plus
- Fluent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
- For this position, we offer a minimum annual gross salary of €38,000 (for intermediate level) and €50,000 for senior roles, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications
